List Slice
DataTarget independent
collection.sliceReturn a new list from Start for Count items. Negative Start clamps to 0; a negative Count takes the remainder; zero or an out-of-range Start returns an empty list.
Example use
Take 10 items starting at index 0 and pass the batch to For each.
